The other day while walking along a forest path, I came across this gorgeous lilac tree. About 8 feet tall with tiny purple blooms, the sweet scent of lilac cannot be missed. In an area where dandelions rule, it was amazing to come across it at all. Of course, I might have taken a little back to work with me... smells amazing! I can't wait to plant lilac in our own backyard...
